Zongota
With this performance the theatre honours the memory of its name-giver, Áron Tamási, a production with a partnership of the Gyula Castle Theatre and the Háromszék Folk-dance Ensemble.
The world of Áron Tamási is centred around nature. The lives and ways of the characters of Zongota are determined by the place they were born into. The homeland, its visionary beauty and savagery, the great spaces and extremities are all factors in the formation of the youngsters’ personality.
The Green Branch is about our quest of happiness, fulfilment, about the nostalgia of our childhood, about the easy life.
